I regularly translate certificates and legal documents of all kinds, diplomas as well as business and marketing-related texts. While training to become a translator, I specialized in economics - an area of expertise that I continue to draw upon with confidence and extensive experience in my daily work. Thanks to my quick grasp of new concepts, I am able to quickly familiarise myself with new subject areas in order to translate challenging source texts into the target language with precision and stylistic accuracy.
Pricing
How billing works
Rates are calculated based on the length of the target text, measured in standard lines according to DIN EN ISO 17100 (1 standard line = 55 characters including spaces). Because of this, the final price can only be determined once the translation is complete. However, I am always happy to provide a free, non-binding estimate in advance.
Additional fees may apply for single or multiple printouts, certification, postage, handwritten source texts or urgent requests. The minimum order value is EUR 50.
How to request a quote
Simply use my contact form or send me an email – ideally with the documents attached. If you decide not to proceed with the order, all your files and data will be immediately and securely deleted.

What I need from you
To ensure a smooth process and a quick turnaround, please provide the following:
- Clear documents: complete and legible pages, including backsides, stamps and any written text. Editable formats (Word, PDF files with copiable text) are highly appreciated.
- Timeline: your exact deadline and whether you prefer digital delivery, mail or local pickup.
- Certification details: for certified translations, please confirm if the receiving institution requires me to see the original document. We can arrange a quick appointment to avoid postage risks.
- Copies: the exact number of printed copies required.
- Billing details: your complete invoice address at the time you place the order.
